Let’s Work Together

COORDINATION

There is an art to making the complex feel effortless. With over a decade of experience in weddings, large-scale events, and live production, I’ve seen firsthand how transformative it is to have someone at the helm—someone who doesn’t just manage logistics, but also understands the emotional stakes behind them.

That’s where I come in.

Coordination isn’t just about putting pieces together—it’s about creating space for people to feel held and heard. From our first meeting, my approach is rooted in listening. I take the time to understand your needs, anticipate potential stressors, and build systems that bring calm to the chaos. Whether it’s organizing timelines, communicating with vendors, or ensuring every transition flows smoothly, I serve as a grounded, clear-headed presence.

I know that no two events are the same. That’s why I stay attuned to the personality and pacing of each one, adapting as needed while remaining deeply organized. I thrive under pressure, not because things always go perfectly—but because I know how to navigate the imperfect with grace and precision. My role is to absorb the tension, protect the joy, and let you stay connected to what truly matters: the experience.

DESIGN

Design is where vision takes shape—where the intangible becomes tangible, and a feeling turns into an experience. For as long as I can remember, I’ve been drawn to the way spaces speak. Color, light, shape, texture—these are the tools I use to interpret your story and translate it into something visual, visceral, and memorable.

The design process at W.E. by August is collaborative and intuitive. We begin with dialogue: conversations about who you are, what excites you, and how you want your guests to feel. From there, I explore how to elevate those ideas with purpose and refinement. Whether you lean toward minimalist elegance or rich eclecticism, I curate every element to reflect your identity—nothing forced, nothing generic.

I believe in design that feels effortless, yet intentional. From the layout of a dinner table to the color palette that anchors a room, every choice carries meaning. And whether we’re designing a wedding ceremony or a corporate event, I always consider the energy of the space, the flow of the guests, and the message you want to leave behind. This is not about decoration—it’s about creating environments that resonate.

OFFICIATION

Some roles are born from passion, others from purpose. Officiating began for me with a moment of deep personal honor—being asked by one of my closest friends to lead his wedding ceremony. It was intimate, moving, and real. What surprised me was how naturally it felt to stand there, not just as a speaker, but as a storyteller. And since then, I’ve continued to offer this role with deep care and reverence.

What I bring to officiation is both emotional presence and thoughtful structure. I work closely with couples during their engagement—getting to know their journey, their tone, their humor, their love language. From this, I write custom ceremonies that are deeply personal, non-traditional, and entirely reflective of the couple at their center. My writing style is warm and articulate, and I specialize in crafting vows, speeches, and ceremonial scripts that feel like you—not a template.

This is, in many ways, the most vulnerable service I offer. It’s about seeing people clearly, helping them see themselves, and giving language to something that often defies explanation: love, commitment, and shared future. I consider it a privilege to stand with couples in this way—to mark time with intention, and to give their union a voice that will echo in memory.
